• Returns must be made within 60 days of receiving the item, in its original packaging

• Returns will be refunded for 100% of the purchase price (shipping is not refunded) within 3-5 business days

• A $10 shipping fee will be charged on returned items for orders that were sent with free shipping

• Any jewelry that has been modified in any way cannot be refunded or exchanged

• Returned rings that have been resized from our standard 6.5 size will have a $35 fee for returning the ring to its original condition. The original fee for ring sizing is not refundable either.
