The Pearl Source was established in 1991 in Los Angeles, CA as one of the first direct importers and wholesalers of Tahitian South Sea Pearls. Our business quickly became one of the main suppliers of loose pearls to some of the biggest Tahitian pearl jewelers in the United States. We soon became known for creating the most exquisite Tahitian multicolor necklaces around, using and specializing in rare Tahitian colors in all our necklaces.

Since then, we have evolved into a supplier of all South Sea pearls. We now directly import over 50,000 Tahitian, Golden, and Australian South Sea pearls every month. In addition to our South Sea line of necklaces, we also specialize in creating high quality freshwater cultured pearl strands for our customers.
