The reason I’m giving 4 stars is for a couple reasons.
#1 my pearl necklace wasn’t fastened down properly inside the jewelry box, there wasn’t any paper or bubble wrap to secure the pearls from any sudden jerks, numbs, or movements from the courier, very careless treatment to a $1000+ pearl necklace.
#2 pearl source customer service was poor, they couldn’t answer my questions and did not offer a reason to why they couldn’t construct a 100” pearl necklace when I’m willing to pay for addition pearls and labor. That’s extremely disappointing. Please be forthcoming to why you couldn’t construct this necklace.
On the other hand, my pearls made it safely to my home (thankfully), they look as beautiful as described. I haven’t stopped wearing them. Please for the near future, offer your customers the ability to construct the necklace they WANT. 68 inches of pearls is a bit short for me, I like a very long necklace!
