We only have access to and/or collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, placing an order, or browsing our site, or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We do not purchase your personal information from ‘data brokers’ but rely wholly on organic traffic, referrals, and repeat customers. We do not share your information with third parties. Period.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g., to ship an order. We will use your information to charge your monetary instrument(s) (e.g., credit/debit card, Paypal account, Affirm, Apple Pay, or other payment methods as we may make available to you). Your personal information may be placed on shipping labels, invoices, receipts, and other traditional and ordinary business paraphernalia.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email or text in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. Should you elect to not receive emails from us, and do, you may unsubscribe at anytime.

Before we provide a copy of your information, we will request a copy of your government issued identification card, so that we know that your information is going to you. Deletion requests will be honored to the best of our ability. We reserve the right to retain business information that is necessary and proper to our business, per the California Consumer Privacy Act (or other applicable state or federal regulations/Acts).

Orders

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you. This is considered business information necessary for us to provide services and goods to you and may not always be deleted upon request.

Sharing

We share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person and is anonymous. An example of such aggregate may be the number of products we sell in a given period of time and to what zip codes the orders were shipped to.

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order. We do not have access to much of the information you provide them (e.g., credit card numbers, expiration dates, CVV numbers).

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
