I recently received my beautiful white Japanese Hanadama Akoya pearls necklace (7.5–8 mm, 18” length), and I absolutely adore it. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Lauren, Audrey, and the other team members at The Pearl Source for their dedication, professionalism, and for truly going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Their attention to detail and care throughout the process made the experience feel very personal and reassuring. I also found the informative videos on their website extremely helpful. The videos explaining the different pearl types, pearl sizes, necklace lengths, and overtones gave me a much better understanding of pearls and helped me make a confident decision. I think this kind of educational information is incredibly valuable for customers. Another wonderful detail was that my necklace arrived with an independent PSL (Pearl Science Laboratory) report from Japan, which made the purchase feel even more reassuring in terms of authenticity and quality. The presentation was absolutely beautiful as well. The necklace arrived in a very elegant and presentable jewellery box with a gorgeous velvet lining inside.
