Sunny Bout leads quality control and manufacturing at The Pearl Source's Los Angeles facility, bringing over 10 years with The Pearl Source and many more years of jewelry craftsmanship experience before that. Overseeing a team of eight skilled artisans, Sunny is responsible for ensuring that every piece leaving the facility meets the exacting standards The Pearl Source is known for from the initial pearl sort through to final assembly and dispatch.

When an order arrives at The Pearl Source, Sunny's team begins the crafting process immediately. Each piece is worked on by hand, with Sunny overseeing quality at every stage:
