First time to buy pearls online. Tried three platforms. This price is the most competitive compared to othes. The delivery is quick. Pearl lust is perfect however unfortunately not my type. Personally prefer those with mirror effects. The return service is very impressive. No harrassment at all. Full refund in one week, Will try something else next time.

The 7.0-7.5mm necklace and earrings in the AAAA quality were stunning but a bit on the small side. I exchanged it for the same pearl set in the 8.5-9.5mm with AAA quality and could not be happier. The pearls are a perfect size, excellent quality, pure white in color and the Gabriella clasp is easy to operate. The whole process was very easy and I'm 100% satisfied with the service I received from Pearl Source.

I would like to see small silicone-type backs provided for the Drop-Shape Freshwater Pearl Iris Earrings. They are so delicate and weighty on the pearl side they easily slipped out of my ears the first moments I tried them on around the house. Luckily, I found both and added the simple backs.

I purchased two 8.5-9.0 mm Hanadama Akoya pearl earrings as gifts. They arrived promptly are beautifully packaged and came with certificate of authenticity. I also purchased them with 14kt screw-on backs. The pearls are 8.5 and 8.6 in size. (Not 9.0) and very well matched. They are both stunning with high luster mirror-like finish. While I am pleased with them I don’t care for the screw-back on posts. They are long and very thin so it’s difficult to get the threads to align. I wish they were slightly thicker in diameter and shorter so that they would be easier to use. Otherwise, I am pleased with the gorgeous pearl quality. I would definitely purchase again knowing that the quality is superior.

The necklaces are beautiful! The only thing is that the colors are not exactly the same as shown on the website but I understand that each pearl color is unique and hard to depict exactly what Pearl colors are on each necklace. So it’s like a little surprise!!

Luster is good with only a few having minor blemishes, but quite a few pearls are not so round. And I also agree with some reviewers that some knots are bigger than others. I suggest size of knots be reduced so that pearls are much closer to each other.
Pearl arrived expediciously and I was made aware of all steps of the purchasing process. Pearl is as advertised. A lovely addition to my collection. Packaging is tatesful and respectful of the value of purchase.
